About Chef Paris

My name is Paris Mishoe and I am the owner and chef at Chef Paris, LLC. My fondest childhood memories are shucking butterbeans in my grandmother’s carport as a young boy. A North Carolina native, my southern family loved to cook together. We would often gather around a Sunday table filled with fried chicken, okra, fresh tomatoes and homemade ice cream. At Chef Paris, LLC we strive to create dishes that evoke those same, cherished memories of family and fellowship.

 

In my past life, I was a manufacturing engineer for a plastics company but I always knew something was missing. Long story short, I moved from engineering plastics to engineering culinary experiences. I realized my passion was not simply in the cooking of the meal but in the creation of delicious food and memorable experiences.

 

My culinary inspiration comes from many places but none more impactful than from my “Culinary Crusade”. A few years past I embarked on a three-year journey across the United States (yes, all 50 states) to experience the vast and tantalizing differences in our Nation’s food. This taste adventure, full of new flavors and visual excitement, still sparks my inspiration daily when creating both new and time-tested menus.

 

Chef Paris, LLC is a catering and event space located in Chapel Hill, NC. We cater parties of two to 300 people, at your venue or ours. Our menus are custom tailored to each client and event, ensuring only the best possible culinary experience. At Chef Paris, LLC we believe that food is love and we love what we do.
